What should I bring to class?

  • For outdoor classes, clients can bring a mat or equipment. If you do not have a mat or equipment, Core4 will provide or supplement what you need for each class. *Please note, you must bring a large towel to place under your mat if borrowing one from the studio, to protect the mat. Please do NOT use a Core4 mat under your own mat; again, to prevent damage to Core4 equipment.

  • Your mat and/or class equipment will be ready for you upon arrival, at safe and socially distanced stations. There will be no shared equipment, per safety guidelines.

  • Sneakers are required for all outdoor classes. Please see class descriptions regarding whether or not sneakers are required for in-studio classes. If required, please bring clean, indoor sneakers. For Barre or Mat classes, bare feet are ideal; barre socks are always an option if you prefer.

  • Please bring water to hydrate!

2020 Safety Updates and Guidelines

How to prepare- please bring your own mat and weights. If needed, a mat, weights and equipment options will be available for all classes (sanitized twice after and between all classes). All outdoor classes require sneakers. See class descriptions for indoor classes that require clean, indoor sneakers. For indoor studio barre-style classes, bare feet or barre socks are suggested. **All visitors must agree to the studio waiver policy through class registration to attend Core4 classes. It is your responsibility to log into your Core4 account and sign the required Core4 Fitness studio waiver, in order to attend any and all classes (waiver only needs to be signed once, then it remains on file). Please wear comfortable clothing.

Social Distancing Measures- markers/individual stations will be in place to establish safe social distancing guidelines. Instructors will not provide hands-on assistance, but will provide verbal corrections, cues and modifications.

Extra Disinfecting- there will be no shared equipment or materials used during outdoor and studio classes. All equipment, mats,  barres and contact surfaces will be deeply cleaned and sanitized by each client, then sanitized a second time by studio staff. Clients also have the option to bring their own mat or equipment

No contact check-in- there will be no contact when checking into classes; staff members greet clients without contact upon arrival. All clients MUST have a signed waiver on file prior to class starting, to prevent contact needed to sign waiver electronically.

Limited Capacity- all classes will follow safe distancing and capacity guidelines. Both studio and outdoor classes limits will be followed in relation to the class in session.

Core4 classes are structured to accommodate all levels of strength and physical fitness transitions. Classes vary in intensity, but each class offers options and modifications. If you are new to or transitioning back to fitness, and are unsure of how to begin a disciplined fitness routine, please arrive early and check in with your instructor prior to class to ensure that your instructor can offer appropriate support and modifications before and during class that meet your unique needs.

Can I bring my kids?

We offer free childcare during many class times! Please check our schedule and reserve childcare in advance, to ensure a spot. If there are no children signed up within 2 hours of class start time, childcare will be removed from the schedule for that class- so please register in advance! To register for free childcare, please create a separate account for your child/children through our Core4 App, using an alternate email address from your primary class account. Please create only one childcare account per family, and list all names in the name section.
